My friend and I recently recalled our classmates. Yes, more than 10 years have passed, but still we couldn't remember everyone. It upset me a little, because I spent 10 years with them and I don’t remember many of these people at all. I began to notice that my cognitive abilities began to deteriorate. I'm only 30 years old, yet I begin to forget what was 12, 15 years ago. Perhaps this is normal, but I would like to improve my cognitive abilities, especially memory and concentration. This is really necessary in order to continue to learn and not to yield to the new generation. I don't want to grow old so fast.
